If you prefer to have a tracking number please contact us before the payment.

USPS does not supply tracking number for the international shipments.

Return/Refund:

We test every single product 100% before shipping. We don't take responsibility for the shipping damage.

Buyer is responsible to provide a valid reason for the return.

If you are not satisfied with your LightupDecal.com purchase of a product, please email CustomerService@LightupDecal.com 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product to receive approval for a refund. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, LightupDecal.com will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the LightupDecal.com office within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the approval. Credit card and other handling fees will not be refunded.

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. LightupDecal.com will assess a 20% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory.

Please note that LightupDecal.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products

Opened packages.

Products that are broken (ripped flex cable from the body of the EL light up panel upon an applied force).

Buyer is responsible to receive the item when it is delivered.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 1-3 hours after order is placed, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
